Refund Policy

At PRPHRL Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Note: It is your responsibility to refer to the products description to ensure the longevity of your item. You will not be eligible for a refund/return.

Returns & Refunds
    •    You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
    •    To be eligible, items must be:
    •    Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    •    In the original packaging
    •    Free of any signs of wear or damage

How to Request a Refund
    
Email us at prphrl.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Sale items or final sale items
    •    Custom-made or personalized products
    •    Items with visible wear, stains, or odors

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue so we can make it right.
