Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
    •    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
    •    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    •    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
    •    Estimated delivery times:
    •    Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    •    International: 7–21 business days

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
